Collazo suffered a cut around the left eye from a clash of heads.
Collazo was back in with the pressure in the third and he was starting to get the better of the exchanges. The fourth was closer, but it was Collazo with the edge. After the eight and ninth being controlled by Abdukakhorov, there was a severe clash of heads that badly cut Collazo above the right eye and even dropped him to his knees in the tenth round. Collazo was very hurt when he got up, the fight was stopped early by the doctor and it was sent to the scorecards.
