Spence Ugas Fight

It was a very technical star between Spence and Ugas. Both were picking their shots carefully. Ugas digging hard to the body. And Spence fired back to the body, which drew a right hand from Ugas. They went back to a technical clash in the second. Spence was much busier in the round and connecting more often.

Spence was landing well to the head and body in the third. The fight was starting to really heat up as they were trading away, but it was Spence connecting with more punches. Ugas rallied in the closing moments with three right hands. In the fourth, Spence and Ugas continued to heat up with their work. Spence was going often to the head and body, with Ugas being game and staying in there.

In the fifth, Spence was landing a lot of punches on the inside to the head and body of Ugas. There wasn't much coming back from Ugas until the closing moments. During the sixth, Ugas stunned Spence with a hard right hand. Spence was able to recover and came back strong in the final minute with punches to the head and body.  In the seventh, Spence rocked Ugas with an uppercut and was working over the Cuban boxer with heavy punches. The face of Ugas was getting busted up, with his right eye swelling badly.

Spence went right back to work in the eight, by getting close to Ugas and letting his punches go. As Ugas was being busted up, the action was stopped for quite some time for the doctor to check on Ugas' right eye. In the ninth, Spence was still busting up Ugas to the head and body. Ugas landed a few good shots back to the body, but not enough of them.

Ugas was hurt by several hard punches in the tenth. Spence was pressuring him with hard punches and the fight was waved off when it was determined that Ugas' right eye was swollen shut and he couldn't see.
