Photos: Broner-Taylor, Matthysse-Ortiz, Berto Weigh-In

By Jake Donovan

In perhaps the upset of the day, things remained civil during an otherwise tense weigh-in as Adrien Broner and Emmanuel Taylor made weight for their Showtime-televised headliner Saturday evening at US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio. Photos by Mark Zerof/Hoganphotos.

The two fighters have traded harsh words all week, with Broner going so far as to attempt to choke Taylor during Thursday's presser. A brawl was predicted to break out during Friday's weigh-in, but both fighters behaved, simply exchnaging words while posing for the cameras after making weight.

I love when fighters get chippy before a fight the friendly press conferences are boring.

I wonder if Broner is actually left handed? His left arm is always MUCH larger than his right and when he fights he kind of shoots the right out quick like a jab to focus on landing a huge left.…

Wow. Broner looks much leaner than in he did in his last two fights.

Should be some good fights but Broner is finished
