BoxingScene recently caught up with Pawel Wolak who was in New York this past weekend to officially announce his junior middleweight rematch with Delvin Rodriguez that takes place on December 3rd on the undercard of the Miguel Cotto versus Antonio Margarito pay-per-view event.
Delvin Rodriguez didn’t hesitate when answering the question, and he doesn’t plan on hesitating in the ring when it comes to targeting a certain orbital area of his opponent, either. Rodriguez plans on going after the right eye of Pawel Wolak in their much-anticipated rematch at junior middleweight on Dec. 3 at Madison Square Garden. The two battled to a majority draw, Wolak fought nearly the second half of the fight with his right eye shut, and Rodriguez comported himself more than adequately, moving up from welterweight to junior middleweight for the fight.
