According to sources in Argentina, there appears to be some discussion of World Boxing Organization super flyweight champion Omar "El Huracán" Narvaez (43-1-2, 23KOs) defending his crown against undefeated Japanese knockout artist Naoya Inoue (7-0, 6KOs), the current junior flyweight champion of the World Boxing Council, in a bout that will be held on December 31 in Osaka, Japan.
Initially it was speculated that Narávez going to expose the crown against Daiki Kameda, but the negotiations were unsuccessful so promoter Osvaldo Rivero reportedly negotiated the defense against unbeaten Inoue.
The young Japanese stunner, 21, won the WBC junior flyweight belt in April when he defeated the far more experienced Adrian Hernandez by TKO in Tokyo.
