In his third fight of the year, WBO super flyweight champion Omar Narvaez (38-1-2, 20 KOs) dominated David Quijano (15-3-1, 9 KOs) over twelve rounds at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in San Miguel, Argentina. The scores were 120-106, 119-109 and 120-108.

Despite his 37 years (eleven more than his rival), the champion looked younger, displaying his quick movements and gallant waist movements. But unlike other presentations, he was even more determined to impose his rule by attacking from the opening bell and unloading left and right cross shots to the jaw.
