The officials are set for the September 1st bout for the IBF flyweight. The bout will take place at the Arena Roberto Duran in Panama City.

The mandatory challenger, Ricardo "The Mathematician" Núñez (24-2, 20KOs) of Panama, will have the big hometown crowd when he challenges South Africa's Moruti "Baby Face" Mthalane (28-2, 19KOs), the current IBF champion.

The IBF supervisor will be Daryl Peoples (USA), with the neutral referee being Kenny Chevalier (USA). The three judges are all from the United States, John Poturaj, Gary Merritt, John Madfis.
