Manny Pacquiao is boxing’s version of “The Bachelor” — every opponent is seemingly waiting for him to hand them a rose by way of a fight. Former four division world champion Mikey Garcia is still pursuing the possibility of capturing a fifth divisional title, by facing WBA welterweight champ Manny Pacquiao.
