Mikey Garcia vs. Sergey Lipinets - CompuBox Historical Review

By CompuBox

Three division world champion Mikey Garcia (last 7 fights) makes his punches count and offers opponents little in return. Garcia's +12.7 plus/minus rating ranks #5 among CompuBox Categorical Leaders.

His 20.1 power punches thrown per round is 14.3 fewer than the wgt. class avg, while he lands 44.3% - 8% higher. Garcia opponents landed just 8.1 punches per round- half the wgt. class avg. and just 5.4 power shots per round- less than half the wgt. class avg.

Sergey Lipinets (last 5 fights) is not busy either, but landed 48.4% of his power punches.
