Mikey Garcia: If I Hurt Spence - I'll Jump on Him, Get The KO!

Four division world champion Mikey Garcia is ready to make his own statement on Saturday, something to solidify himself for a cemented spot in the Hall of Fame.

Garcia has captured world title at featherweight, super featherweight, lightweight and junior welterweight. Now he wants a fifth divisional world title - as he jumps up by two weight classes to test himself to the max.

In a few days, he challenges IBF welterweight champion Errol Spence at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Spence has the clear advantage in size and power - which Garcia says will not be a factor in the contest.

Garcia believes that he will be better than Spence in every single department. He expects to be faster, more defensive and more accurate.

"I have all the tools and all the skills needed to beat Errol Spence Jr. When it comes to timing, speed, reflexes and defense, you name it, I'm better," Garcia said. "Here in Texas, it's like a second home. I've won two world titles here. Having great fan support at the grand arrival was a special moment for me."

The few that are picking Garcia to win the contest in a heavy upset, are tabbing him to win with a twelve round decision.

Garcia believes that a knockout is certainly possible. He intends go all-out - if Spence is hurt at any point in the contest.

"I've got to go in there Saturday night and show why I picked this fight. I want to make history and this is the one that will get me there," Garcia said.
"I'm prepared to do whatever it takes to win this fight. We trained very hard. We can go 12 rounds for sure. But, if I get a chance to hurt my opponent, I'm definitely going to jump on him and get the knockout."
I just hope he doesn't receive any permanent damage
I know but there's no doubt Spence gonna put on a clinic on Mikey. This only ends one of two ways, a KO or stoppage
