According to a report on Yahoo Sports , the Nevada State Athletic Commission has ordered immediate drug tests for both Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. Chairman Pat Lundvall issued the demand on Monday pursuant to the NSAC's random testing policy, which is connected to the World Anti Doping Agency’s guidelines.

The tests have nothing to do with the failed negotiations to make a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight for March 13. Yahoo Sports was told that both fighters, because they are licensed in Nevada, are subject to random urine tests. Lundvall told NSAC executive director Keith Kizer to tell the camps of Mayweather and Pacquiao that both of them will be tested by an independent company called LabCorp. Mayweather will provide his sample in Las Vegas and Pacquiao will go to an approved laboratory in the Philippines.
