Julio Solis went more rounds than at any other point in his young career to remain unbeaten. The 21-year-old lightweight was extended eight rounds in a unanimous decision win over Argentina’s Emiliano Martin Garcia. Judges Michael Ross (80-72), Brad Jackson (80-72) and Brian Garry (80-72) all scored the contest in favor of Solis as part of a ProBox TV card Saturday evening from Whitesands Events Center in Plant City, Florida.

The full undercard has been revealed for the next ProBox TV show. The previously announced headliner pits rising junior welterweight Cesar Francis (10-0, 6KOs) against former lightweight titlist Raymundo Beltran (37-9-1, 23KOs) on the July 9 show from ProBox Events Center in Plant City, Florida. In the televised co-feature, German heavyweight Christian Thun (8-0, 6 KOs) is set it to return in an eight-round bout against Curtis Harper (13-8, 9 KOs).

Jimmy “Kilrain” Kelly (26-2, 10 KOs) of Manchester, United Kingdom defeated Kazakh contender Kanat “QazaQ” Islam (28-1, 22 KOs) by majority decision in the ProBox Promotions’ main event Friday evening in Plant City, Florida.

Heralded prospects, brothers Marques and Dominic Valle from Winter Haven, FL each scored first round knockouts on Friday night, March 12 in Plant City, FL at the ProBox Center on All-Star Boxing’s TELEMUNDO undercard.

Marques Valle waited eight months before finally making his pro debut but didn’t waste any time once he arrived on stage. The former amateur standout and blue chip welterweight stopped Jernato Harris in the 1st round of their preliminary bout Friday evening at Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida.

All boxers but one did their part at the scale to ensure that the summer season finale of Boxeo Telemundo moves forward without issue. Antonio Moran and Luis Solis collide in a scheduled 10-round welterweight clash atop Friday’s show live on Telemundo (12:00 am ET) from Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida. Both boxers weighed in right at the contracted weight of 143 pounds.

Had things worked out the way he hoped at the time, Marques Valle would be representing the United States in Olympic competition that has been put on hold for a year. Instead, the former amateur standout gets to move on with his boxing career.
