Lyndon Arthur returned from defeat by the WBA light-heavyweight champion Dmitrii Bivol with a split-decision victory over Liam Cameron in Bolton

Liam Cameron is in a relaxed mood ahead of his fight with Lyndon Arthur in Bolton on Friday night.

Espinoza is coming off a big upset — so big that it was named BoxingScene’s Upset of the Year for 2023 — winning a world title over Robeisy Ramirez.

Lyndon Arthur returns to action in Bolton on June 21st. The former Commonwealth light heavyweight champion will box Liam Cameron on a Wasserman show. The fight will be screened in the UK on Channel 5.

Dan Azeez attended Sunday’s thrilling British heavyweight title fight between Fabio Wardley and Frazer Clarke, and being around the big-fight atmosphere seemed to stir something inside the light heavyweight.

The reigning Fighter of the Year finally made his way to the ring to resume his winning ways. Dmitry Bivol will most certainly not land in the running to repeat that honor but managed to turn away the challenge of Lyndon Arthur to defend his WBA light heavyweight title and capture Arthur's IBO strap. Bivol floored Arthur late in the eleventh round en route to a shutout victory (120-107 on all three scorecards) Saturday evening at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
