WBO President Francisco “Paco” Valcárcel of Puerto Rico will travel next week to Mexico City hand over brand new world championship titles to Mexican icons Juan Manuel Marquez and Jorge "Travieso" Arce, in a special ceremony that will take place in grand hotel. Arce will receive his new WBO bantamweight title. He vacated his WBO super bantamweight belt and dropped down in weight to capture his fifth divisional title. Marquez, although he recently moved up to welterweight to challenge Manny Pacquiao for the WBO's belt at 147, is still the organization's lightweight champion.
