Jorge 'Travieso' Arce (55-6-2, 42 KOs) is ready for Saturday's showdown with Colombian Adolfo Ramos (18-10-1, 10 KOs) in Campeche. The former champion is focused on winning to secure a 2011 clash with WBO super bantamweight champ Wilfredo 'Papito' Vazquez (20-0-1, 17 KOs) of Puerto Rico. Arce claims the fight will take place in April in Las Vegas.

“2010 was a very good year for me, but 2011 can be better because in April I will fight against Vazquez Jr. and that represents a great opportunity to make history in Mexican and world boxing. He is good and has a good career, but he never faced a true Aztec warrior. I've faced big hitters and I've never cracked. I know I can make history," Arce said to Sal Rodriguez.

Arce wants to arrive to the Vazquez fight in style. He doesn't want to leave the ring without knocking Ramos out.

"I'm focused on the fight against Ramos. I prepared for six weeks in Los Mochis and the training was hard. I want to knock him out in order to please the people, which is most important," Arce said.
