Joe Cordina extended his unblemished pro ledger.

The Welshman, who campaigns in the super-featherweight division, only made his pro bow last weekend in Liverpool.

But Cordina, 25, moved to 2-0 pretty effortlessly, exclusively live on Sky Sports Box Office.

‘The Welsh Wizard’ knocked down the vastly overmatched Sergey Vib twice en-route to having his hand raised after just two minutes of the first round at Wembley Stadium, as part of the undercard to Anthony Joshua’s world heavyweight title unification showdown against Wladimir Klitschko.

He was originally set to face Liverpool’s Jay Carney over four rounds, but Carney was stopped inside four by Feargal McCrory in Belfast last weekend, putting paid to that and forced the previously even-recorded Vib to take the fight.

Meanwhile, Josh Kelly is off the bill due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Sunderland talent, who made his professional debut two weeks ago, had been set to face Faheem Khan over four rounds.
