Jessica McCaskill: record, next fight and profile →
Jessica McCaskill has signed a long-term promotional deal with Matchroom Boxing and Eddie Hearn – and will defend her undisputed Welterweight title against Victoria Bustos at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday December 4, live worldwide on DAZN.
If Claressa Shields gets through her next mixed martial arts match unscathed late in August, she is expected to return to a boxing ring sometime in the fall. Her promoter, Dmitriy Salita, has discussed two primary options with the undisputed 154-pound champion for her 12th professional fight.
Undisputed welterweight champion, Jessica McCaskill is looking to fight the biggest names on the female circuit. McCaskill of Chicago, outpointed Braekhus by scores of 100-89, 99-90 and 98-91 to win her fifth consecutive and raise her record to 10-2.

Jessica McCaskill left little doubt about the outcome of her immediate rematch with Cecilia Braekhus. An aggressive McCaskill was more active and landed the harder punches to defeat the former undisputed women’s welterweight champion much more convincingly in their second fight Saturday night in Dallas. McCaskill, who upset Braekhus by majority decision nearly seven months ago, won their 10-round rematch by unanimous decision on the Juan Francisco Estrada-Roman Gonzalez undercard at American Airlines Center.

Jessica McCaskill cannot wait for the opportunity to end any lingering debate about whether she is a better fighter than Cecilia Braekhus. McCaskill pulled off a huge upset August 15, when she beat Braekhus by majority decision in their 10-round welterweight title fight. Chicago’s McCaskill left Tulsa, Oklahoma, with the IBF, IBO, WBA, WBC and WBO women’s 147-pound championships and proof that the rough road she navigated as a pro was worthwhile.

One of the most anticipated fights of 2021 is officially on. Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez and Juan Francisco Estrada made weight Friday afternoon for their 115-pound title unification fight Saturday night in Dallas. Their 12-round rematch for Gonzalez’s WBA and Estrada’s WBC super flyweight titles will headline DAZN’s stream from American Airlines Center (8 p.m. ET).
Jessica McCaskill is ready to send Cecilia Braekhus into retirement when she defends her undisputed World Welterweight titles at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX on Saturday night, live worldwide on DAZN. McCaskill (9-2 3 KOs) ripped the titles from Braekhus (36-1 9 KOs) on the streets of Tulsa, Oklahoma in August, handing the Norwegian her first career loss and becoming a two-weight World champion in the process.
