By Lucas Ketelle - Bob Santos believes Mario Barrios is ready for Jarron “Boots” Ennis.

Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis is locked in for his next fight. Unfortunately for the unbeaten IBF welterweight titlist, it will take place in a courtroom rather than the ring. BoxingScene.com has confirmed that Philadelphia’s Ennis has filed a three-count lawsuit against NOW Boxing, claiming

Enough with the Jaron Ennis talk. Brian “Bomac” McIntyre has grown both tired of hearing his name and vexed when prognosticators spew that he’s done enough to earn a fight with Terence Crawford.

Inactivity hasn’t been the best friend of Jamal James as of late. In both 2020 and 2021, the lanky contender made just one appearance apiece. He also didn’t make the most of it, losing his WBA “Regular” welterweight title to Radzhab Butaev.

Conor Benn is planning to dominate Peter Dobson in their clash at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Saturday February 3, live worldwide on DAZN – and put all of his rivals on notice that he is coming for all the smoke in 2024 and beyond.

He hasn’t faced the elite-level competition that many are hoping for but those who stepped up to the plate and jumped into the ring with him were flat-out destroyed.

Both Jaron and Derek “Bozy” Ennis got tired of holding their breath. The father-son duo knew it was a long shot but they had a bit of hope that after Terence Crawford and Errol Spence Jr. fulfilled their two-fight deal, that Jaron would get the next shot at whomever was the undisputed champ. Now, they’ve gone from hopeful to pessimistic.

Philadelphia might be known as the City of Brotherly Love, but it’s also a fighting town. Some of the best fighters in the history of boxing were born and raised there, including Bernard Hopkins and Danny Garcia.
