Olympic bronze medal winner Filip Hrgovic is far from impressed with his looming rival, fellow Croation Alen 'The Savage' Babic.
This past Sunday night, Babic took out overmatched Niall Kennedy in the third round. Kennedy had gone down twice before the fight was waved off.
It was the fifth victory for the unbeaten Babic, and all of the wins have come by knockout.
Babic, despite his few fights in the pro ranks, is really pushing hard for a showdown with Hrgovic.
He wants the fight to happen now, not later, and hopes the bout can be arranged in the near future.
Both heavyweights work with Eddie Hearn of Matchroom.
"I really dislike him [Hrgovic] and I want to shut his mouth, because he's a bully. He was born with a silver spoon, so I didn't expect him to appreciate me," Babic told Sky Sports.
At the moment, Hrgovic (11-0, 9 KOs) sees no reason for the fight.
The hard puncher is scheduled to face Rydell Booker on November 7 in Hollywood, Florida.
In order to make the fight happen down the line, Hrgovic says Babic requires a lot more wins and needs to get better with his boxing ability.
"Babic is not on my level," said Hrgovic. "He struggled to become the amateur champion of Croatia.
"His behaviour is disrespectful. He needs to win a lot more fights. My message for him? Stay busy, go to the gym, work on your technique because, if you continue like this, you will never even get the chance to talk to me."
