In a recent interview, Wilder named both Joshua and Ruiz as possible opponents in the near future.
Ruiz shocked the sport in June 2019, when he dropped Joshua four times before the fight was stopped in the seventh round. The victory gave Ruiz the IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO titles.
In December of the same year, Joshua got revenge by easily outboxing Ruiz over twelve rounds for a unanimous decision win.
Wilder has been out of the ring since February 2020, when he lost his WBC title by way of a stoppage loss to Tyson Fury.
The dangerous puncher is looking to come back strong - and named Ruiz and Joshua as opponents he's like to fight.
Hearn would obviously back Joshua to beat Wilder, but he also backs Ruiz to beat the Bronze Bomber as well.
"Two great fights. We tried so hard to fight Deontay Wilder and he never wanted to fight AJ but now he wants to fight him. It's the same thing with Dillian Whyte - he did everything to try and fight Deontay Wilder," Hearn told IFL TV.
"Deontay Wilder does not beat Anthony Joshua and he does not beat Andy Ruiz either, that's for sure. He has to be very careful of those fights and now Andy Ruiz has teamed up with Eddy Reynoso in the team, I think he's going to be a real force.
"I don't think there's many heavyweights out there who will beat Andy Ruiz, honestly. If he's on it and he will be with Eddy Reynoso. I think he'll give Deontay Wilder fits but he's fighting [Chris] Areola which he'll win in style. And let's see Deontay back in the ring, enough talking now. It's been a year since he boxed - come on, let's see you back."
