UPDATE: Simon fight moved to the Klitschko-Mormeck card.

WBA "regular" middleweight champ Gennady Golovkin´s planned defense against LaJuan Simon, that was set for November 12 in Karaganda, is cancelled with no reason given. This matchup was first set for Almaty in October, but later it was moved and now the fight is off completely.
 
Golovkin will now have his next fight on December 10th in Duesseldorf on the undercard to Wladimir Klitschko's defense of his WBA/WBO/IBO/IBF heavyweight titles against challenger Jean Marc Mormeck. No word on the opponent.
