Felix Trinidad defeats Ricardo Mayorga by eight round TKO. Trinidad is back and all I can say is, WHAT A FIGHT! A very pro-Trinidad crowd tonight. Trinidad weighing 168 pounds on fight night and Mayorga coming in at 165 pounds.

This first round was the second coming of Hagler-Hearns. Mayorga threw dozens of power punches, many of them landing and even pushing Trinidad back. Trinidad coming back with his own power punches at the end of buckling Mayorga. Mayorga dropped his hands and dared Trinidad to throw his best shots and took them all like they were nothing. Toss up round, Mayorga dominated it until the last 30 seconds.

The second round was more war, Trinidad blasting many more power shots to take the round. The third round was a huge round for Mayorga, he threw many more and landed many more power shots. Trinidad was buckled by a shot on top of the head, his glove touched the canvas and Mayorga got the knockdown for a 10-8 round. The fourth was another big round for Trinidad as he landed more power, he hurt Mayorga with a liver shot, Mayorga very tired. The fifth was a huge round for Tito, this fight is just an all out war. Tito landed over 60% of his power shots and really had Mayorga in trouble at the end. Mayorga cut under the left eye.

The sixth round is another big Tito round, Mayorga hit low on the hip and got a few minutes to recover. Mayorga hit Tito with a good bodyshot at the end and they trade more at the end of the round. The seventh round was more of the same, both guys throwing nothing but power shots and their chins are holding up so far. Another round for Trinidad.

The eight was another slugfest, Mayorga went down from a hard bodyshot, Mayorga's first time down ever. Mayorga got up, Trinidad went on the attack and knocked down Mayorga with some hard left hands. Mayorga in real trouble, Trinidad knocking Mayorga down again and ref Steve Smoger stops the fight.

This was an all out war, incredible pace of power shots thrown by both men. Many shots landed by both men. Trinidad landing more then 60% of his power shots. Trinidad is back!

Zab Judah blew Wayne Martell away in the first round and knocked Martell down "5" times. Judah went right after Martell and let the hands fly with power shot after power shot. Martell decided to slug with Judah after the first knockdown and it was the wrong decision as he was knocked down 4 more times over the course of the round. The ref had seen enough after the 5th knockdown and stopped the fight. The fight barely last over two minutes and now Zab Judah looks towards a rematch with Cory Spinks next year.

In the first fight of the pay per view. Travis Simms gave Bronco McKart a terrible beating over 12 rounds and got a unanimous decision. The scores were 116-112, 118-112 an 117-111. Bronco landed a few good punches over twelve rounds but not enough punches thrown. Simms was faster and landed many more punches. McKart's face was a mess by the end of the fight. Simms, the WBA jr. middleweight champion is looking towards Winky Wright for a unification bout.

Lennox Lewis was doing guest commentary during the pay per view and said that no amount of money will make him come back to boxing. Lewis further said that the comeback of Riddick Bowe is ridiculous.

Bernard Hopkins did some guest commentary and said that he will fight about 5-6 more fights and then call it a career. He is looking at Trinidad, Mayorga, De La Hoya, Mosley, Wright and Sturm. Hopkins said his next defense, number 20, will be a big fight with a big name opponent.
