Naw these visitor messages are public similar to like a Facebook wall post or something of that nature. If you want to reply to my private message, click on the underlined Private Messages on the top right, or Inbox on the top left if browsing on a phone. From there just open my message again and should be a Reply and Forward option to click/touch at the bottom right below my message.
