Nah. Only tournament series I've played that involved TV was an older show that I don't think is around anymore called Ultimate Poker Challenge. I won seats online for it & the deepest I got was around 9th iirc. The final 6 made the TV table.
Came close to winning a seat on this older show called Poker Dome numerous times online. 1st won a trip to Vegas to be on the show & I got 2nd once, 3rd probably two times & I made the final table (9th or better) a bunch of times.
