The gift of sex and looks with women isn't the prize you think it is, it can and mostly does come with alot of stress and misery etc,(often a high cost) so its good to have this in mind 1 it makes women more attracted to you because you just took away alot of their value by being cognitive, 2 it helps you make better choices in life. That being said you don't want to go without, poor women from poor countries are a good option to have tons of power as a man (easy mode). Lost of emotional strength or pick up skill is another option.
