Miskinis has a house/property valued at almost 800k! However, it's in a pretty desolate area. not the best of areas, from what I hear. but it's getting better as more and more middle, and upper-middle class White people flee the urban crowding and pollution of LA and San Diego, and are willing to make a longer commute in the terrible SoCal traffic.
