You need a tire changer machine with max size capabilities the better, wheel balancing machine, an air compressors, some hydralic jacks, jacks, few impact drivers, basic tools, and tires you can either buy new the popular sizes or you can go and hustle up deal with other used tire shops and buy soem of their used stock etc or you can have mixture of both and to be honest used tires are gonna be the best bet cause why would they go to your for a new tire change when they can just go to pep boys or something.
