Well you need to draft, unless you were doing like weekly fantasy. It's kinda late to join a league with a draft. Best Defenses are Rams, Seahawks, Cardinals, Broncos, Panthers, Jaguars IMO. You only need one though. If you're doing one for Week 2, I recommend the Cardinals. They play the Colts who are god awful.
