Actually, I'm writing two things;
Warrior King:
About a mysterious, nameless and somewhat intimidating slave in a slaver caravan in the frigid continent of Vraeta. The slavers, their guards/guides and the ****** all find themselves under siege by the magical beasts of the area and have to survive the onslaught.
It's a straight up fantasy tale. Currently on hiatus.
Son of Death (What I'm currently working on):
It follows the exploits of Baron Vance, a demigod and recent City Lord (virtually a mayor) of the Belly District of the Capital City. In this world, gods or deities live amongst humans. The protagonist is mixed, and his father is obviously death. It follows his exploits as he tries to become powerful in order eradicate the Cult of the Wraith (evil dudes). Demigods are rather hated, and despite having godly blood in him, he's comparatively weaker than most other people.
Got a few characters named after some people on here. That'll force them to buy the book when it drops, lol
