Eric Gomez said Munguia was vacating his belt. Bud's people should be applying for an exception to move up & fight for the vacant strap. I never seen the dudes ranked #1 & #2 fight, but ideally I would think Bud should be able to beat them.

That does nothing for him either. Fighting another guy nobody has ever seen fight. It's a Canelo vs Fielding move to grab an easy belt.

No thanks. He should fight Taylor or Ramirez if possible. Both undefeated champions at 140. If they wanna move up and challenge him, its better than fighting nobodies.

In that same interview Bomac said 147 in Bud's natural weight and he's not moving up.
