  • The relationship between AJ and Hearn is unraveling

From reliable sources, it has now been confirmed that AJ indeed had mild concussion before the Ruiz fight and there were calls for the fight to be called off but Hearn refused. It was the reason why a psychologist and Navy SEAL were employed to get him right for the fight.

AJ has been speaking in parables since the fight ended. But he did say he’s glad the organisers and networks are happy now after he lost. The full story will come out soon.

However, AJ is done with Matchroom after the rematch. Hearn is trying hard behind the scene to salvage the relationship but it’s too late now for the self-centred scumbag. 258/AJBoxing is the next chapter. 258 is AJ’s promotional company (registered in his name) and Fred Cunningham is going to take charge as the promoter.

AJ is still contracted with Matchroom until 2021.

Unless he wants to buy himself out of the deal, he’s going nowhere.

It’s a 5fights 3-yr deal with already 2 fights in. He’ll most likely buy himself out of the deal after the rematch and click the reset button.

he would be smart to buy himself out and leave hearn, hearn along with these fanatics ruined the brother with arrogance, nonsense, n too much hype, it was too much to live up too and put to much pressure on him they rushed him to a championship vacated by fury and labeled him an ATG, imo he needed time to develop.... but hopefully he bounces back. something was wrong in last fight but he didn't use excuses so neither should his fans.

I don't think Hearn is the problem but McCracken is dead wood. What AJ needs is a very good trainer. Hearn has done a good job of promoting AJ and made him some decent money doing that.

He’ll buy himself out or Haymon will do it

OP is a troll, take his words with a pinch of salt, he doesn't have a clue and makes outlandish claims without backing them up.

Anyway it's irrelevant, Ruiz is gonna retire that bum.

What you are saying here is basically that AJ should fire Eddie Hearn because Eddie did too good of a job promoting him!

                    Eddie: "b . . . b .. but, Anthony, I made you into a superstar!"

AJ: "Yeah, you did ... too much pressure mate, too much pressure. You should have let me keep fighting on undercards, like Dave Allen.
