Yep, why??? He is clearly the more technical, younger and better fighter

Murrays claim to fame is losing a close fight to an undersized, old Martinez

Geale-Beat Sturm(who never beat anyone worth a damn) and who else?

Macklin?? LMFAO -Charlo's 1st fight at 160 knockd this guy out..literally who the hell did he ever beat?

Yes, just because Charlo is very highly rated and peaking.
Murray is about the closest but Charlo is better

He actually did. I felt Sturm beat Oscar 8-4 and Oscar beat Floyd 7-5. Even Floyd SR said as much.. That was also a closer to prime version of De La Hoya too. All he did after that was get KO'd by Hopkins and fight once in three years.

I thought Strum won the fight and I was rooting big time for DLH at the time. DLH never looked close to good at MW. I imagine that version of DLH would have been destroyed by a prime GGG at 160lbs.

It would depend on what Charlo does afterward. Very possible that the win would be devalued after the fact. It makes little difference how a fighter with zero notable wins is rated before a fight.

Whatever one may think about DLH he was a very good fighter but he wasn't much once he moved up to 160lbs. I don't give a lot of credit to Floyd or Pac for beating a way past his prime DLH. While I thought Floyd beat DLH it wasn't one of his better performances.
