Can I get PPV without cable?

Is there a way to get pay per view fights without cable tv? I know I can go to a sports bar to watch fights.

It's 2017, so there should be some way to get PPV without cable. Not getting my hopes up, though.

So with Ring TV, I just pull up a browser on my smart TV and watch the fight there? Probably a dumb question.

I've not had much luck running things in the browser of my smart TV, but the apps work fine. If I do get the Ring PPV, I'd probably order it on my laptop and chromecast it to my TV.
