  • Preparing for my first boxing training.

    Hey guys,

    In about two weeks i will start my very first boxing class. I am very excited for it, and i want to be as prepared as can be.
    I was wondering, what excercises should i do at home to prepare physically for some boxing training? I like to be in shape when i start something new

    I can't réally learn techniques since i don't have a coach to guide me, but i could train endurance etc.

    And one more thing, at the moment i am 1,91m and i weigh about 71. The problem is i don't want to lose any more weight (well maybe lose body fat but still gain a little bit of muscle), so i thought to myself, i need to start dieting. That way i will be in great shape and it will help me progress faster in boxing (hopefully haha) and then i won't lose any weight.

    Are there any diets you would recommend me?

    I would really like to hear your answers and opinions!
