    If we're talking out, then a lot of those mentioned don't fit.

    Duran certainly wasn't out cold. He was getting up from the moment he hit the canvas and was up on his knees by the time his corner got in the ring....it's slightly possible, though he wouldn't have ever gone on and probably would have just fallen over again, that he would have been up by the ten count.

    Same with Hearns against Barkley. He is getting up from the moment he goes down. He makes it up by ten, but then its stopped by the ref on the second knock down. Same with Charles against Walcott. He actually more or less got up, but just fell back down and couldn't stay up by ten.

    Neither of them were knocked out cold. You only need to watch the fights once to see it. Out cold is out cold, and its very different from being dropped and unable to make it up or go on, which is what Duran was, and Hearns was against Barkley.

      These guys were out cold. Knocked unconscious. Not just dropped and unable to get up but still conscious.
