cops in other countries are trained to keep these situations from getting out of hand. these guys just start shouting, blinding dude with lights, whipping out guns. the guy had lighter fluid FFS. they KNEW HE ONLY HAD LIGHTER FLUID. get your f#cking taser out, shoot him with a bean bag, wait for backup if you're too much of a ***** to handle **** on your own.
