I personally wouldn't be worried unless it was coming up pretty big amounts.

Little spots on a tissue is just gonna be an oesophageal tear of some kind most likely like Rudyo said.

wouldnt worry about it if its just a one off, especially if you dont smoke. Know repeat haemoptysis can be indicative of lung cancer but it can also just be a simple routine chest infection but you would have accompanying fever most likely. Its probably just a result of a repeated cough in which you could have irritated the lining of the trachea. Probably go see a doctor if its repeated, or if you are coughing up frank blood.
