How to sign into a new account on Fifa 15?

Bit of a longshot here but seeing I can't find the answer on Google or anywhere I thought I'd try my luck; Basically I have an account on Fifa 15 already but now I have another only I don't know how to sign out of my old account/sign in with my new one?

Anybody have any idea? appreciated

You can only have 1 account linked to a gamertag on console.
