If he doesn't stop growing, yes. Just because he's huge now doesn't mean he has that disease.

However, if I were his dad...I'd be worried about it for sure. And get him a contract with WWE.

He looks terrible out there playing on an eight foot rim vs midgets.
His parents need to bring him to America, if they want to maximize his talent.
He will be a bum if he grows up playing those type of scrubs.
He needs to get on a weight gaining diet, hit the weights, and do plyo metrics every other day. His jump shot needs a ton of work also. The only thing he has going for him is his height. Everything else is bad. Put him right now in the American AAU travel ball system versus kids his own age and he will get embarrassed.
