So which five fighters go ahead of him and based on what criteria?

It doesn't look good on Golovkin when the first time he faces an above average fighter he arguably loses.

No way in hell is he top 5 P4P in my book.

Depending on how you weigh skill, resume, eye test

Ward, kovalev, Loma, Canelo, Rigo, Thurman, Crawford, stevenson, Estrada, Inoue, others could be ahead

I've been racist the last 3 years, let the Garglers tell it.

Just simply been saying pump your brakes until he fights top competition

They jumped the gun on this guy. I never saw what it was that made him special

Wasn't like he was knocking out top level guys back to back

He can't fight going back. Danny gave him too much respect and GGG doesn't punch with his opponents in exchanges.

When he let his hands go and moved, GGG had no answer

              Even started taunting him lol
Ggg looked gun shy...he better get on the peds like hopkins did, cuz age is catching up with him. Lets give jacobs some props too, he could go on to do a lot...who knows. I doubt it would have been competitive if it was 2012 ggg in there tho.

Floyd didn't look great against Maidana in the first fight between the two. Doesn't hurt his legacy any, or his p4p#1 status at the time.

                Keep trying to detract, doe

Stevenson? Who has he fought? Inoue? Rigo?

I can make a case for Ward, Thurman, Gonzalez, and Loma, but the rest haven't been put to the test. Who is Crawford beating? Rigo fights once a year if that and isn't in a big hurry to fight a dangerous opponent. Kovalev should have closed the show against Ward but he stalled. Canelo is 15 pounds heavier than his opponents and they aren't elite caliber victories either.

Danny would be a bit more aggressive
and he'd get knocked down again. do you not think there may have been a reason he wasnt fighting aggressive?

Danny did a helluva job switch hitting, rolling shots, and boxing. Did well when he pushed GGG back

GGG isn't shot so no excuses

He fought like he always does, he hasn't been in any wars so he is a fresh 35.
