          Probably Top 70 and around 5 on a Heavyweight list. His inability to fight Sam Langford loses him lots of points and his resume isn't exactly amazing. His longelivity and dominance gives him a few extra points though.

                    Jofre is the concensus GOAT at Bantamweight among boxing historians: I can't see a p4p list without him making the top-20 MINIMUM.
