  • 6 Ways To Improve Brain Health For Boxers

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1w2cItG1GtY&app=desktop

    Video by me.

There’s been a lot of talk about CTE in the media. In the UK they are banning heading in soccer and in the USA they are talking about it with people like Aaron Hernandez.

I made this video going over 6 proven ways to improve brain health in contact sports athletes.

The video quotes from half a dozen elite Neurologists and a dozen medical journals.

In reality there is far more to brain health than simply exposure to contact sports.

Nah but I watched their lectures/videos on YouTube. YouTube downloader is pretty handy sometimes.

          Others have there own opinion.

          1) You need a good nights sleep. - never deprive yourself
          2) You need peace of mind. - free of all drama
          3) Properly nourished. - fast food and candy bars doesn't exist.
          4) Steady routine. - the same thing every day until otherwise instructed
          5) Only road work on Saturday. - run what the trainer recommends
          6) Let the body recover on Sunday. - Rest all day

How do you react from a punch in the face?

Thanks, are you into Thai boxing as well?

I’m planning on doing a Felix Trinidad career recap as my next boxing video.

Very interesting. Appreciate the video bro. I was always worried about concussions and CTE. Been in a few gym wars and I’ve noticed my memory not being as sharp as it was back when I was a child.
