The same people who don't wash their hands after using the toilet, and you see plenty of those in a public bathroom, are the same people who help spread disease and germs, including COVID, that's why not amount of lockdowns or laws will prevent it from stopping. Some people are just dirty and always will be.

Stopping people from not washing their hands, or following other basic hygiene steps.

Viruses such as influenza, COVID, etc, will keep spreading no matter what laws are in place.

Some people won’t wash their hands even if other people around them walk around in hazmat suits...

There are countries that have more or less eliminated covid. What are you thoughts on that?
