Thats weird, Brook himself refused to sign up for the Vada clean testing program, and is know to be a PED user.

There are claims that some PBC fighters tested positive during USADA testing and it wasn't publicly revealed. Could be true or false. But in terms of the guys we know have been caught, I don't think PBC fighters are any worse than the rest of the sport. GBP's biggest name tested positive. Frank Warren 2 biggest names tested positive. Hearn/Arum less so although it really doesn't matter, you can blame the trainer if a boxer used steroids but not a manager or promoter. Some PBC fighters have never even met Haymon so I don't blame him for their actions.

Also I don't recall Chad Dawson taking PEDs, when was that?

Not to mention the only young guy they've signed, amongst all these OAPs they've been digging up, is Luis Nery

Yeah I personally included him because I sent him a letter that he would be stripped his WBC belt?

You probably forgot he doesn’t have a belt?
