You might as well ask a Muslim fundamentalist what proof he has that Muhammad split the moon in two, or a bible bashing Christian for proof that Jesus was still walking around talking to his disciples 3 days after he died!Last edited by kafkod; 10-19-2016, 09:35 PM.

that is actually an absurd suggestion
what on earth would lead you to suggest such a thing ?
If they were not 100% happy, they would walk, and make other arrangements..... like they just did with the Jacobs date.

aboutfkntime; K2 and Matchroom attempted to make a Golovkin-Eubanks Jr. fight. K2 signed the contract but Matchroom had problems getting Eubanks Jr. onboard. Finally about 9 weeks out, Hearn said Jr. is out, how about Kell Brook? K2 agreed.
You're claming that K2 was only after Kell Brook? They had no plan whatsoever to accept a fight with Chris Eubank Jr.?

K2 happily agreed, because they were more than happy to take that fight..... at that point in time, Brook was an even better cherry-pick then Eubank.

if Team Golovkin were not 100% satisfied with that fight..... if they were unhappy with ANY aspect of the negotiation at all..... they would have walked on the date and fought someone else, LIKE THEY JUST DID WITH JACOBS.
I capitalized/bolded the important part for a very good reason ^^

stop pretending that 97,000 PPV buys wouldn't generate more than "Quillin money"
stop pretending that Loeffler couldn't simply make that fight anyway
stop pretending they couldn't have simply rung Lara
stop pretending that 97,000 PPV buys wouldn't generate more than the 1.5mil they offered Saunders
stop pretending that Golovkin could not generate more than 97,000 buys in his 2nd PPV attempt, or even closer to the 150k-200k they originally stated
stop pretending that Golovkin had to meet some divine imaginary date, they could have simply found a better opponent
stop pretending that K2 had to accept an offer from Hearn, they could have simply found a better opponent
stop pretending that Eddie Hearn totally forgot to mention Degale
stop pretending that Tom Loeffler totally forgot to request Degale
stop pretending that Tom Loeffler totally forgot about 168, period
stop pretending that a good SMW opponent would not generate more interest/notoriety - which would lead to a better financial upside - than the doomed welterweight Brook
they split the pot fairly with Hearn, because they wanted that fight..... if they were not 100% satisfied with the opponent/terms they would have simply walked, like they have done on many previous occasions
it is absurd the way you guys refuse to hold Team Golovkin, but more importantly Gennady himself..... anything less than 100% accountable for every word/action/decision that they have ever made LMAO

aboutfkntime; you seem to agree with the event timeline. I see it as a last ditch effort by Hearn to save the London event. And K2 agreed to the swap. I would've far preferred Eubank Jr. but you despised the match up. I can dig it.
You're now claiming that K2 postponed the Jacobs fight to early 2017 because they didn't want to pay him what he wants. How much did Jacobs request? or what was K2's last offer (a link is best)?
