not sure how laws work in that state, but in MA if you threatened somebody with a gun while your friend beat a man unconscious and continued while he was out you'd be in jail for a long, long time. once you start to beat an unconscious man you're basically committing an attempted murder. people who don't understand that are just that stupid, and states that wouldn't call this what it was once it escalated to the guy being unconscious and taking a beating are influenced by ass backward political groups and the defense industry.


at some point the guy on the bike probably had it coming. he pulled up along side of the truck, took his part in initiating the fight, and got the hands. when the dude with the guy stands watch while the other dude beats a dude into a state of genuine, long term unconsciousness it becomes a serious crime and a dangerous, malicious, cowardly thing to do.

glad it's on tape. sucks that it's probably in a state populated by morons who wouldn't convict these guys of any crime, and would sooner buy him a beer and shout "f#ck obama" as if it is relevant.
