Theres a big diff between throwing some quick punches. Im sure you can do it to, but try doing it with proper FEET TECHNIQUE. Anyone can stand still and punch forward fast as **** but

1) they have no power
2) you will gas after 20 seconds
3) a slap will make you fall.
