Bullies become embolden to bully when they get away with it and usually cower when confronted. The lesson to teach a child here is to bully the bully...but first learn how to fight and become good at it. Kids don't pick on kids who fight. Better to face this when you're young because it continues as you get older and at some point you have to do what you have to do. It's sad that today bully culture has become so much more prevalent. The internet has spawned a generation of bullies.

Only way to stop bullying is to fight back. Keep acting like a victim and you'll continue to be one. Fighting back even if you lose will gain you respect. Bullies won't see an easy target. Telling the school isn't going to do shit, you've all been kids you know this, they still bully but are more careful about it.
