  • Fat loss/Muscle gain question

If you are overweight and out of shape, is it easier to diet, and lose fat, and then gain muscle once you are slim than it would be trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?

It's easier to be slim and gain muscle. Because there isn't much fat to remove to show your muscle.

If your overweight and out of shape, you should do both though. Lift weights and cardio. You will build muscle mass while losing fat, at which muscles requires more energy to sustain, so you will lose more fat while gaining muscle.

Alot easier than losing all the fat, then going into muscle building mode(this way is alot harder).

Doesn't mean you will get it in a month though. It is a long process that requires dedication.
