        As others have said before, intermittent fasting.
        I'd go plant based, obviously cut out bull**** food STANDARD

            Stay away from carbs and sugar and sodium, A lot of protein and veggies. Work out with weights and cardio in the same session and box at least 3 times a week.

                Find your TDEE and just run a small 150-250 caloric deficit — whilst training.
